Maroun Maroun

Cofounder & Head of Operations

With over 15 years of experience, Maroun holds Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Project Management. He specializes in designing and implementing 200 MW thermal and 100 MW renewable power plants. After seven years in the power industry, he transitioned to construction management in 2017. As a construction manager for a leading EPC contractor, Maroun efficiently led a team of 250 engineers, technicians, and workers, ensuring successful project deliveries.

Joseph El Hachem

Cofounder & Head of Engineering

With over 22 years of experience, Joseph holds a DEA in Industrial Control and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has an extensive portfolio of over 650 MW thermal and 100 MW renewable power plants. After five years in construction, he transitioned to engineering design in 2007, holding supervisory roles. As the chief engineer for a leading EPC power plant supplier, he led a team of 40 engineers and designers, delivering successful designs for multiple projects.

Cofounder & Head of BD

With over 15 years of experience, Charbel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. He is a published author in organizational management. With seven years in energy, he transitioned to Sales Manager, showcasing supervisory skills. As a Business Development Manager, he established offices in multiple countries, expanding the business. Proficient in securing major deals for power plants.

Director of Research and Development

Leading advancements in energy storage, generation, and system integration, Ahiram holds a Ph.D. in Physics-Nanotechnology and a Master’s degree in Fundamental Physics and Nanotechnology. He is a renowned expert in physics and nanotechnology and holds a key role. Previously advising the UAE Minister of Public Works and overseeing nanotechnology industries, he transitioned from a research position at the Centre d’Études Nucléaires de Grenoble (CENG). Ahiram’s extensive experience shapes his influential leadership in the dynamic intersection of physics, nanotechnology, and energy innovation.
